Each year SSROC develops a workplan which identifies the focus
for the coming year. Workgroups of staff from member coucils are
formed to undertake projects of common concern. Usually members of
workgroups share professional disciplines, although this is not
always the case.
By working together, council staff share knowledge, expertise
